It all came about through a collaboration with Leroy Street Studio and Brook Landscape. The biggest challenges in this undertaking were preserving the backyard trees saving enough original structures to maintain the 1840s townhouse's authenticity.
"My vision for the renovation was to preserve what made sense to preserve but also change and intervene where it didn't make sense to intervene." - Says Olivia Song.
As a result, their Cobble Hill oasis now has a climbing wall, moonlight fixtures, and a two-story bookshelf, with all the old times' charm preserved.
